Vegan Vanilla Iced Coffee

This coffee is especially for those who are vegans and don't include any product extracted or produced from animals because this coffee will include cashew milk that is extracted from plants. So, why enjoy limited taste due to religious priorities.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Nespresso Essenza Mini
  • 1 Aeroccino

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Nespresso Cosi Espresso Capsules
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 2 cups Cold water

Instructions
 

  • Place cashews in a bowl and add boiling water over them. Keep the cashews in that water for 20 minutes.
    1 cup Cashews, 2 cups Cold water
  • Take a blender and add vanilla bean, drained cashews, water, and dates into it.
    1 cup Cashews
  • Blend all the ingredients until a thick creamy paste is formed.
  • You can also use a cheesecloth to drain the milk out of it to get an even smoother consistency.
  • Use Nespresso Essenza Mini to brew your coffee pods.
    4 Nespresso Cosi Espresso Capsules
  • Use a cold setting of Aeroccino to make vanilla milk froth.
    1 Vanilla bean
  • Add ice into the glass and pour brewed coffee over it.
  • Pour the froth over your coffee and enjoy.
